Den, I would think if he deleted his account he wouldnt be able to send PMs and I doubt a guest would have access to profiles to see email addresses.
Perhaps the peeps he has contacted, he had made a note of their email addresses when still a member, there again he could be re registered under a different name and just not got round to contacting all of his many fans. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
