så get i startet on my 550 k3 78"
i get this 550 theap korse noises in engine,,its the cam thain eating the engine blok,,så nev tensioner and chain,,and nev pistons and over bore..
one of pistons are velvet

dovn.in top,,see pic,,and piston ring are broke..
pistons are marked B-374 honda (6or 5),,and mess 58.5 mm is this smallest boring ???in danish mean "boring" diameter

58.5mm is standard bore for cb550.

If you think you have a chain eating the block it may be your primary chain instead of the cam chain. The primary does not have a tensioner like the 750 and they will start to eat at the cases after about 25k miles if the carbs have not been kept in sync.

hey im shure its cam chain,,there are marks in top of engine blok..

nov i going elektric..have paint and renovate the elektric main plate

is that the name,,,,

have nev fuse box and a german start relæ..
have nev battery viring.but prob vith place for viring to relæ,,not inof place behind

im not shure abaut a 70A relay is enough,,shud i find a 100.A relay insted
for starter motor

more elektric,,have nev coil,ns,,they are 5 ohm but a littel shorter,,så have make an clamp

get the fairling off,vorks on main light..and caliber,its olmost stock,,,but grease pump..did the job..get engine parts in febuar.

looking good. Be careful when you bleed the brakes. The fluid vill remove the paint fast. "vill"

Starter motor is rated at 120 Amps. For long life, I'd want a starter relay of 200 A interrupt capacity.

Cold winters...need a place to stay warm and work on bikes.

its a vire crane ???vinch,,,get boltet on the vood konstruktion ,,then 2 vires goes dovn to bike and vith hooks ..to lift it..
