I checked my PSA last year and it looked really fine. I heard from a collegue that its important to check if the PSA level increase. Low value alone is not a guarantee.
My father had the bad kind of Prostate cancer and his father before him too.
My father passed away end of November last (2014)year 89 years old. Good life into the very end. He was a little bit extra tired the last month. He got the verdict from his doctor 2001 or maybe 2003. They did not operate, he got medicine that could keep the cancer down. I guees it was a hormone.
If I become 89 thats fine with me! We did not make any internal check after he passed away to verify if it was the Prostate or something else that ended his appearance here. They asked me and I let him go in piece
I have read about the positive effect of broccoli, freshly pressed as juice mixed with a little bit apple to make it drinkable and not that smelly.

I have them all as dried powder bought on Internet. My freezer has a box with mostly fresh fruits I have grown in my kitchen or garage with HPS400W lamp. Same kind of lamp as the weed growers use. I have plenty of different seeds.

The fresh hot chillies taste wonderful if pressing 1-2 fresh fruits (seeds removed) with a garlic press into a cup with 0.5-1dl Sour Cream.

Take all meet from the fruit and stir it, a teaspoon ketchup will enhance the flavour. Perfect on hamburgers etc. It is now possible to feel the taste. Eating a small piece of 1 mm2 will burn a lot. But in the good way. A little bit more will send a nice warming feeling into the bloodstream and chest area, like a nice drug.
