There's a hot rodder near here that put a 1200 harley engine in a cushman scooter. He's been over 80 on it but wisdom kicked in. It looks really cool though.

Damn! Now I want a "Busa Scooter"! I remember when I was a kid I saw one of those "Kit" Mini Bikes (just a full cradle frame and a couple of little wheels) normally meant for a lawn mower engine, fitted with a Triumph 650cc Bonneville engine. I wish I'd bought it, it was only a couple of hundred bucks, and would have been wicked!

Of course, back then, a couple of hundred bucks was about two weeks pay for my father, so not much hope for a 12 year old making 2 bucks a week delivering newspapers on my bicycle after school.......... ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Actually it's really well engineered Kit, I love the twin calipers on the front disc, it's obviously not designed for long life or long distance touring, it's just a crazy "scary fun" toy, but very well done. Cheers, Terry. ;D

Cool, well I guess but ugly, too.

Oh,I just noticed there's more pics.

Notice the hard tail with custom flying trapese tank. Comes with large knobby tires without fenders for those who enjoy the thrill of mud enemas.

Hey nice bike and nice lid too Mick, are you some filthy rich English Lord, with your 750 parked outside the gates of your stately English manor?  ;D

I look at that thing and the knobby tire inches from the riders ass and I say "death trap"  Imagine having your man parts (or woman)lost to a piece of sh*t like that.  I would be mad; very mad.  That is the kind of bike that I'd set on fire and jump my bike over.
"Sure, if you don't want that bike in your backyard, I guess I'll take it."  "I'll probably just scrap it......"

I just think it has some inspirational aspects, the tank is cool, the frame looks neat
but now that I look at the front, it sits kinda high up front.

the frame is unique enough to be a real head turner if you put a cool short springer fork on, throw some dual sport tires on it and some fenders, and paint the tank machine shop milling machine green.

I think it's a good starting point for a cool bike, but it obviously needs work to be finished and look as good as it can.
