auto cad + fuel tank

Have seen an auto cad rendition of an alloy, cafe fuel tank in this forum somewhere but now cannot find. can someone direct me??

Hey! Ya, I'd like to see that too!... I've been messing around with one myself, but it's just for shat's n' looks.  It'll be a few years before I have the garage tools to fab one up outa aluminum!




Underneath...I've installed the GORDON Frame Kit.....quite beautiful I think.. ahah

Thanks WannaB... I did that in Bently MicroStation.   The second batch of Gordon Frame kits will be finished with the first batch of kits...they should be done in a week or less.  I'll be talking to the machinist this week, and I'll keep you all informed! Cheers!

Thanks. Haven't done much in quite a while, too much other crap going on. Used to do it for fun.

PovRay will do your model, and there's PovRay plugins that will do specular lighting and light-maps, etc. Makes models really pop.
