I have a feeling you will make it work.   You seem to be a wizard with the plastic.....just stay away from aluminum  ;)

Do you have a plastic welder???? If not I can bring mine home. Its real easy kinda like rubbing 2 ice cubes together

We have one at work. One thing I dont have is an English wheel though. ::) I have also been in the market for a nice old anvil. ;D ;D

So a few weeks ago I sold the engine on ebay. I got an email from the guy that bought it today saying that he took it out of the shipping box, put it into the bike and put one of those dual spark type plugs in it......started on the first pull. LOL!!WTF?!!! It had a strong spark and just wouldnt start for me. Too funny though. He said his kids love it.  ;D
