I've gotta say Ron, I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minute's here in Brazil!  :)
They do seem to do a good job, compared to what my wait used to be in Illinois.

I like my women a little big. Natural. Now, they shave this and wax that. It's not right. I love natural women. Big women. This trend in women has to go. Bulomia, anorexia. That's just wrong. It used to be horrible, it was once a 4 hour, 3 trip ordeal to title a car, and then they went to the non notary titles. And took a play from IRS play book and tried to become more user friendly.

I must say it is much, much better

I deal with the IRS regularly. They are MUCH better now than when I started 30 years ago.

I know they were much more aggressive in the 80 and 90 than they are now.

And I'm talking about systems as well. Nearly 20hr per day phone support, accepting faxed documentation, extensions over the phone, etc. The only people, situations I have trouble with are those that dont want to play along.

As far as collections, well you don't pay, they'll still come and get it. Its much easier to keep from getting to that point.
