Can anybody I.D. this Tach??

I got this tach mixed in with a load of bits and pieces I bought and I don't know what it's off.
I want to do the whole thing up, put new faces etc on it and use it on a 400f but i just need to know if it'll work with a 400f.

definitely smaller bike...kinda looks like one on a XL175 I have sittin in barn.  what is diameter of the glass?

Hi, glass diameter is roughly 2 7/8''.
Does the xl175 tach not have neutral light and turn light in it though??

Looking at the bottom of the case, it may not work at all. Does not look honda though but there were so many different bikes back then it is hard to say.

I actually have it taken apart and the inside of it looks perfect so it seems just the case is rusty. If it'll work I'll fix the bottom of the case using fibreglass or something. My bike isn't running at the moment so I can't even try it to see if it works.

I'm thinkin it might be a Kawasaki tach.  had a 440 that had one that looked alot like that, same lettering and stuff.  heres a pic off of a 440:

not exact, but the kz650 and etc had the same style.  seems very similar.
