There are a couple carb bodies in the parts for sale section. Asking $10 a piece. You could make sure they have the emulsion tube before buying.

Prolly your best chance of finding one anywhere aside buying a whole rack on e-bay.

Thanks tree, I missed it.  The search engine is picky.

Ernest, he has them for the 400f, not 350f, its a different part number, I assume its slightly bigger or different profile than the 350.  Thanks though.

I had heard that the only difference in the 350/400 carbs was a slightly larger idle jet.

You could probably do alright with the 400f emulsion tube , especially if you got a whole set.  I don't think there is a difference, and if there was it would be about 10%.

There is a thread about people modifying emulsion tubes with doubling up the  holes ,BTW, and it gets them a bit better gas mileage. Might be on a different website.

I thought they were the same because the clymer book has the carbs labeled 350/400.

They might be the same, but the PN is different.  The 400f is appears to still be available through dealers.  Problem is I don't really want to buy a whole set.  I will make a few phone calls tomorrow to see what my options are.

I have confirmed the 400f jet set will not work unless I swap all of them.  I made a bunch of calls and got nowhere.  Contacted everyone in the classifieds too, got nothing.  Any other suggestions would be great.

This seller seems to be maximizing profit, but if you contact him he might part with one if he has it.  Other than that there is a full rack for $75.

In my experience working with 350F/400F carb racks I have seen differing emulsion tubes.  Whether or not they would function any differently though, I don't know.  I had pictures somewhere of those different tubes...
