Ok so it's all official and I'm back to the world and reality.

On May 24th 2010, I was arrested by:

15 uniformed police officers
8 plain clothes detectives
6 swat members
2 bicycle officers
1 motorcycle officer
2 helicopter officers

MY charges:

1ct Racketeering
1ct Mob action
1ct Tax evading
(No clue where they got all of these from)

4cts Posession of stolen property
6cts Receiving stolen property
(Apparently they figured the bike plus some other stuff)

1ct Bribery of a city official
1ct Bribery of a state official
1ct Bribery of a federal official
(Lumped in with my association with the City Alderman)

4cts Damage to public property
(My accident with the bus..... I laughed openly in court and called them all idiots, hence the contempt counts)

1ct Public indecency
(We'll never speak of it again.... but the bus tore off my pants when it hit me)

2cts Theft over $300
1ct Theft over $10,000
(Apparently then think they can stack theft charges with receiving charges)

4cts Assaulting a police officer
(No one announced themselves as cops and I hit them back when they told me I was under arrest)

1ct Attempting to evade arrest
(See above)

6cts Contempt of court
(I flat refused to listen to the prosecution make false accusations and openly lie in court and demanded, among other things, that I be returned to my cell and be tried in absentia)

And after several months of court visits and a small stint in the county jail.... They dropped everything due to lack of evidence.

The Alderman was removed from office and no charges were brought against him.

No articles in the paper... No stories in the local news... Noone calling out for retribution.

And they say Chicago can sweep stuff under the rug.

No word on my things from my shop and home, apparently the IL Dept. of Revenue thinks they own them now. But papers are in place for me to get all of my things back.

Anything else anyone wants to know....???

Here's a tip.... next time you get hit by a bus.... Don't be a nice guy about it. Just sue them until they die.  >:( >:(

Holy.. what the fu....

Christ man.

Media.

Time for media.

Get the college stations first.

The regular radio stations will fall the #$%* over themselves trying to get this.

Yeesh.... You guys are a mixed group!!

As of this morning.... I have all of my personal belongings back in my posession, and about 1/3 of my shop equipment.

I have paperwork and receipts for things as small as my cellphone charger so nothing is going to get overlooked.

I have received verbal and personal apologies from just about every politician in town including an appointment with our lovely mayor on Tuesday morning.

Nothing in writing though.

I have also been contacted by a local state congressman to see about getting my past record expunged or pardoned.

It's a slow process... but everything is coming back.

Civil proceedings start in two months.

Not a word, I'll check his shop's website and report back.....brb

lets see he's been doing some ebay selling, last one was 10 november 2010......if it's him and I haven't looked up the wrong guy....but no www.Mavrik-Powersports.com to be found except for ebay.
Makes me wonder. Maybe he's in the middle of legal stuff and keeping a quiet profile, maybe. I'll keep a good thought for him.

Joe? what's going on man? You OK? Check in with your family here Dude! We're starting to worry.

I have been wondering about these two myself.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

I think either he got hit by a train or a plane landed on him for his finale.
