D, it'd actually be perfect for you since you are the flipper/dude in need of another soon to be runner.  No offense, Brad.  I'm sure there's sentimental value there for you.  In the words of the seller "I know of it would be a food fixer upper "

Try telling that to the wife. Unfortunately I have the money(sorta), but don't have the space or time. On top of that, the wife wants to remodel at least one bathroom real quick like. I would probably just ride it as is. Most of the xs650 bikes I see now are all hacked up. That one looks to be in good shape.

As soon as I get the cl350 done, I am going to start thinning the garage out. The cb350 I got recently will be put together and sold off, my buddy's kz needs to get out, and Brad will have his cb750 back soon. That leaves me with the tt500 and Ghia to tinker with.

I feel ya.   Mine hit me up yesterday while I was working on the 360 about going on a vacation this summer.  All I could think was, "but that's my shop building money"...

Now would be a good time to sell, so I'll get your center stand fixed and put back on. Also, with it out of the garage I'll be forced to make something run sooner than later so I have something to ride. Hell, I still need to get the cl350 registered and tagged.

I've got an old one that would require a notary and signature of an owner that is probably dead. I'm going to just get a bill of sale filled out and do the antique title scenario. If that doesn't work out, I'll file for a bonded title and spend a few more bucks.

I need to find out where I put the paperwork I got from you for the 360 and go do the same.  I haven't decided whether to use the VIN from the frame or the motor since they don't match.

Frame is the only number you will ever title a (metric) bike under. Ever.

Earlier in manufacturing the motor and frame were similar in numbers, but not matching. This went on usually into the mid seventies.

If you need a new bill of sale, just let me know and we can try to do it this weekend while you are in town. For the antique title you should only need the bill of sale if it is old enough. I haven't ever done it this way before, but many have told me this is the process. Before I have paid for a bonded title which will run you $100 or so in fees. Try the antique route first as it is less money and less paperwork.

March 31st should be the next meet and ride for the group overall. I'm in Bentonville, so if you ever want to meet up and ride let me know.

Just finished a pasture session on the 360, and I'm a little stunned. , Surprisingly, it's a beast.  Nothing broke beyond repair.  I deem it to be a suitable fat man scooter.

Rock on. I get to spend the day tomorrow doing some landscaping. How awesome is that?

I may try and get the kz over to my buddy's tomorrow as well though, so I may see a few minutes of ride time. My aunt just let me know that she'll be dropping my old enduro xt350 off to get it running again to sell it off. Brad, I may get yours back to you sometime this weekend or weekday depending on time if I can.

Saturday turned out to be an eventful day. Around 3 in the afternoon while driving through heavy traffic in Bentonville, we hit a deer in the wife's car. Insane.

On a completely unrelated note, has anyone run into the issue of noticing your forks appear to be twisted a bit?

You should be able to place the tire between your legs, grab the handlebars, and tweak them back straight. Product of not using a front fender I suppose.

No moto license yet, but I do have a drivers license.

I kinda figured the cop would look at me weird cutting the head off with a machete, so I decided to play it cool instead.
