Nominate for Bike Of The Month - May 2011
« on: April 01, 2011, 02:21:06 PM »
It's Nominatin' Time!

April 2011 BOTM Voting Thread - http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php?topic=85647.0

Congratulations tintop for being the April 2011 BOTM winner!

I will let this run until about 4/15/11 and then start the voting thread.

Please Nominate, Second and Accept using those words.  It makes it easier for me to setup the voting threads.  It gets crypted at times.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

Thanks' Benny for the nomination, you'll have to start saving up for the trip in November so you can see the Samauto in person. ;)

Thanks for the second Brian, let's just hope that your two wins on the trot can rub off onto me. ;D ;D ;D

I'll post more on the bike for those that have not followed the build thread that has over 1,000 post and 27,000 views over in the race forum, there can't be that many going off the stats ;D ;D ;D

The bike goes to the dyno later today so there will be a little more to report later on.
Being back in the UK, I'm sure a lot of people are waiting to hear the results with as much anticipation as I am.

Later Sam. ;)

Given all the support last month, I would have thought UK Pete's 750F would have been the 1st nom this month.  How about it - noahspop / kap384 / brandEn / tweakin?  And let him know so he can accept this time. ;) :)

Ahem, ahem... Is this thing on?

Um, I'd like to nominate Uk Pete and his F build.

His build, among other F builds on this forum are a beacon of light to F owners like myself. He shows us that all things are possible.  :D

Thanks guys for putting me in here, the F's, are cool bikes and are starting to get the attention they deserve
My bike is rebuilt to a standard which you would expect a two or three year old bike to be, not by any means a show winner , but a good honest bike retaining its patina
