Every little bit helps, and your right it does look nice.  Airtech makes a quality product, are they also supplying the screen??

No screen in their program, but these are around. No problem.
Better sorry for failing then for the lack of trying.

Meadspeed in the UK would be a possible source for a screen.

No sign of the fairing yet. But finished the floating rear caliper, and...............................................

Got a present from my lovely Tilly,

CR31 'ticklers'.

So changed the three points we found had some room for improvement.
No more touching the alternator in left corners, improved rear end braking and a bit of anti-dive and a little more on top-end.

The bike looks really good Rob. I'm not so sure you can call it a test rig anymore though!

My comment wasn't meant as anything but a compliment Rob.....in case you wondered. It ceased looking like a test rig a long time ago.

I think Sam nailed it.

See what you're after, trying to suggest swapping them...................LOL. Paid a fair amount for them but not too silly, they do need some attention and will get my own stamp on them. Do you happen to know what needle, jets are in yours? Got my 'old' settings from way back.

Cheers, Rob

Hi Rob, My CR's were promised to someone else on the forum but i haven't heard from them in quite some time... i still have the original paperwork that came with mine, i also posted the YOSHI specs and set up literature here in the HIPO forum, i'll get the link and post it here. I have a pile of spare jets and needles with mine but i haven't actually checked what is in them, they came of a drag bike so i would say some changes were definitely made...

I see you've already seen this but here it is anyway... ;)

Hey Retro,

I now remember the sheets, and I recall having them lying around here in a Dixon/Yoshimura catalog. If mounted on a dragbike am sure they've been setup different. Maybe you're willing to sell me some needles if necessary?
Thanks mate,

Cheers, Rob

I would like to help you Rob but when i decide to sell these the needles and jets will be a good selling point....   Never seen a set sold with spare parts before....  I must put the reading glasses on and have a look at the numbers on the jets and needles....

Today worked to get the bike prepped for testing in Croix, France,  in a few weeks time. Finished off the sealing of the crank and tomorrow will finish the mounts of the alternator. Plan is to start the bike up this coming week. Am waiting for a AN10 fitting, need to change to the cast SMAC front wheel and than as last change the exhaust a tiny bid and the n we'll be ready for the 3hr of Oss May 19th. Racing against big 1100 16 valves, and this year GSX-R 750's and 1100's and even a RC30!!!! The old girl will have a tough ride I guess. But she'll be up for it.
Decided against the Airtech halffairing in favor of the trusted quarter fairing, due to better ergonomics. Mounted some adjustable clipons and lowered the screen a bit. Working on the CR31's to try them out in France.
