Well I mean Crank bearings :-[ English is not my natural language so sometimes I mix things up or they sound weird 8)
Valve Guide seals were all OK they have been replaced by the previous owner little less than 15000km.

The glazing the bore and pods is new for me. Heard about it that with pods are harder to get the bike running proper compared with stock air box.
Glazing is caused by (don't know how to say this in English) not keeping pressure on the rings/driving like a granny? Where comes the airbox in? :) I have the airbox still around so no problem to get it in :)

For the first part of an engines life it is absolutely imperitive that the fuel mixtures are kept as close to optimum as possible, or else there will be too much oil wash off of the cylinder walls and the bores will glaze, the first 500 miles are the most critical.  After the engine is run in play as much as you like, there is far less of a chance of creating any issues once the rings are bedded in.

I understand, and I'll add people who can handle more than 1 language I respect a lot. I was never able to do it.

As to the smoking, its either rings or guides and guide seals. If the valve is wobbling around in a loose guide it will cause even fresh guide seals to leak. and do we know how old in age the "new" seals are? Even with low mileage they get hard with age and will leak.

If it smokes worse after idleing for a while it is more than likely stem seals, also if it is stem seals the smoke will clear under cruise conditions, it will also smoke worse under deceleration.  If it is rings, the smoke will get worse when the engine is under load, as this is when the cylinder pressure is highest, also if the rings are causing the smoke there if a fair chance the breathers will be wet with oil. This is all assuming that the smoke is caused by the engine burning oil.
