YET ANOTHER CALIPER QUESTION....
« on: May 05, 2006, 06:34:49 AM »
when doing the dual disk setup, the speedo drive side caliper has to mirror its normal orientation, and thus, the bleeder and feed are backwards. Will the flair seat inside the feed port just pop out of the caliper?  is this all that is necessary to reverse the feed and bleed??

on some calipers you can use a sheet metal screw to remove the seat.not sure if it will work on ours tho.

I had the same issue with my setup, still do actually. The bleeders are in different spots, which is not a big deal to me..

I was gonna go thru swapping everything so the bleeders were in the same spot, but I dont think it's worth the trouble at the momment, knowing what I have gone thru thus far trying to get this damn bike rideable .. ::)
