I'm 99% certain it will but maybe someone who knows for definite will chime in. Camelman would probably have a better idea if it will or not.

Haha, Jamie, you just beat me to it.  ;-)

Yes it will, it is a direct bolt in.  The brake and shifter assemblies must be considered though, but there is plenty of information on this site about them.  I'm doing the same when I get back to the US in December.  466 in a 350F frame.

Hey camelman :D Yes I realise the brake pedal is different but if you used the footrest mounts off a 400 could you not use the gear change assembly then off the 400 too?

I'll have to mock it up again on my spare frames, but I remember there being some interference between footrest and brake pedal.  I remember I couldn't get the stock 400F brake pedal assembly to fit on the stock 350F frame with either the 350F or 400F footrests.

One option would be to use the stock 350F brake pedal with the 350F footrests.  Another would be to relocate the brake pedal pivot and then use the 400F footrests and 400F brake pedal.  Alternatively, I think you can use the 400F footrests with a shortened 350F brake pedal.

If you are into the handling of the bike, then I really recommend using the 400F footrests as they give quite a bit more cornering clearance.  I regularly drag my 4-2 Jardine exhaust on the ground on my 350F, and I'm awfully close to dragging the footrests when I do that.  With a better exhaust that offers more clearance, I'm pretty sure my footrests would touch down on hard turns.
