  • So, what do ya wanna talk about today?
What are we ignoring now? And why is Mick dating himself? I mean, he's a very attractive man and all that, but geez, that's just weird............ ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

I'm flattered that you think i'm attractive Terry, I dated myself in my schizophrenic days mate, you know, I  found it hard to deal with the 2 timing and 2 faced  jokes  so i ended it, I let myself down slowly, it was a mutual arrangement.    :P.....I'm a schizophrenic and I am too.... :o ;D

There's nothing wrong with schizophrenia Mick, I mean, if you're struggling with your mental issues, at least you've always got someone you can to talk to? ;D

Ouch Paul! Hope no damage a good cleaning and new head gasket won't fix. If it warped head are not fun  to deal with on any bike. Just more access on a wing.

Rode it home, it was only about 30 miles just smoked on start up then stopped until I went to start it again at home. Temp gauge never got hot.

Excellent news Paul, can you find me a really good low mileage '86 1200 Interstate engine? Cheap? I desperately need one for my '77 Goldwing project. Thanks in advance mate! ;D

Won't all 1200 engines work for this project?

Tried to get the LTD resurrected last night but no go.

G'Day Paul, no, according to the Naked Goldwing site guys, the early 1200 engines won't go, from memory it's got something to do with the location of the ignition pickups at the rear of the early engines? I think that's right, I'll go check their site and come back to you. Is the LTD the fuel injected model? Cheers, Terry. ;D

You are correct with the igniter's on the back of the 84 not sure if they where on the 85. but I know 86 and up will work.
