Topic: BabyHawk.. the CB160 build.

Today is re-clean the petcock, mount tank and seat. Hoping I can run the reserve line up and over the frame rails for easy removal if needed. I never liked the crossover setup as there is no way not to get fuel everywhere.

I've always hated the crossover setup on these, and other bikes (my RD350 had the same setup).    On any bikes that I've tried to run the line over the frame, it wasn't going to work w/o getting pinched.    Let me know if it works out.

I can't wait to see the final pics with the tank on!

somebody, somewhere makes a trick little quick disconnect that guys over at Hondatwins.net all use.  Just splice it in there, and as soon as you disconnect, a valve closes in each end....

How 'bout a "on-the-road" shot with your crappy camera? [garage shots bite]

The 60's Hondas didn't have emblems on the side cover.
The engine size was on the tank emblem, just below "Honda".

You guys are lucky!  (Not to confuse with "him". )  Here it is about -20 Celsius - that's about 4 below on your Fahrenheit scale.

Took about 15 minutes but I fixed the right switch. Just need to insure and plate the CB160 then enjoy.

Corky was back from a little vacation in Southern Cali and stopped by to pick up his trailer he had left here. The Iris project is on it's way North.

While here he wanted to take the CB160 out for a little spin. Running just great, looking even better.

Now I see it!  After that big white space there looks to be some really small blue wording that looks like it might be a link to a video.  Mmm...usually they show up as a picture for the video link.  I'll have a have a go-see right now.

Still looking for right muffler. Repaired the old one with a piece of old muffler. So far it's holding but for how long I don't know.
