Ofreen ,  you could get a jockey hat with a chin strap so you wouldn't have to worry about it blowing off.

Thanks. The chin strap idea intrigues me, although I wonder if there might a strangulation hazard if things go tango uniform. I think I might try some adhesive-backed Velcro, one side stuck to the inside of the cap, the other to my bald spot.  I'll try it a little later in the season and report back.

velcro is a good idea, after all it holds on most every cafe seat ever made so why not a helmet?

I think the $5 helmet I got at barber is an aria, there are a few friends that wear them.

I should have known I'd get some smart responses....  But, I find good deals on helmets and get a white one to match the white bike, silver to match silver bike, etc. The rest of my accessories consist of jeans, stout jacket and leather gloves, none that necessarily match anything..... I guess no one else is as anal as I am, or want to admit it.....

I wear a fireman helmet. I'm not a fireman so I feel like I am being ironic while riding however I am not real sure what irony really is.

I also where it in the off chance I get pulled over and the officer asks me where the fire is.
