Good luck to you Bill and everyone. The MPH and most certainly ET will be won in the first 60, Our man Frank has raised that bar fairly high with his mid 1.40's.

100HP SOHC + street tire with 1.45 60's = BADA$$..... ;D ;D

My numbers are just coincidental to my normal style of racing so I can make rounds, gain points and maybe get lucky enough to win a race. My only goal has been to get my sohc in the top ten in points at the end of the season. You fellas can concentrate on the records, I got my eye on another accomplishment.   Keep plugging away guys, I want to see how quick /fast the rest of you can get one of these bikes to run on purpose. My numbers aren't very lofty and can easily be eclipsed by the right package with the right rider aboard. To coin Bills favorite phrase: "come on man".

Yes it is, I would really like to have it ready but have not even started on an engine. I have 3 running bikes that I could bring, but I will most likely pack light and just bring the blue.

One bike would fit nicely on the back of a pickup truck. Its a great way to save lots of money on gas versus dragging an enclosed trailer behind you. Bike, tool box, and a canopy= barebones racing. I miss those day.

Thanks Bill I had hoped too as well, the fact is I simply do not have 5 days away for this. I have wanted to meet up and race with everyone for 3 seasons now. It is a shame these races aren't more centrally located, That's another topic.

Bill what ever you want to do on the turbo is fine. I am about to have a massive clearance of my SOHC bikes and parts.

Like I mentioned before Trey, you've made all the other races. Don't beat yourself up to attend this one. Tend to your priorites because the racing is always going to be there. We'll definitely miss you but we all understand how life works. Concentrate on sorting out all your little problems with the bike in the off season so you can come out fighting hard next year.

Take a look at any upcoming races next year out that way or in between the east coast and Texas. Maybe Bill and I can come your way.

Its going to be a busy weekend. I've got 3 out of the 4 bikes ready. Have to move these around to get the last one out of the trailer to change the clutch pack and do a once over.

I'll be running 4 different classes on 3 different bikes- top gas, crazy 8's, street ET and super eliminator. The wife will race her new bike in Pro ET. She'll make her maiden pass during the paid test and tune session on friday. Prior to this, the bike has only been down the track once with me on it. I'm hopeful all will go well and she'll have a safe and fruitful weekend.

I think you'll need a little more tire.... ;)  Good luck my friend!
