Yamiya stuff, only cheaper
« on: December 09, 2014, 01:05:20 PM »
I've posted this before but I can't find the relevant thread. Someone was talking about how now is a good time to get stuff from yamiya because of the dollar value. I ordered a lot of NOS stuff for my K2 build via jtmarks77 on ebay, but via direct invoicing. He's a good seller and will get you yamiya stuff for cheaper. I never asked but he probably is a local distributor for them.

My most recent example, I just ordered an unpainted gas tank, gas tank cap, petcock, petcock mounting screws and a set of advancer springs. Yamiya total with shipping came out to 593. Same stuff via JT came out to 551 insured shipped priority, includes paypal overhead as well. I don't recall the exact numbers but the discount was significantly better with larger items like the body kit and such.

If anyone is looking to get stuff from yamiya and wants to save a few extra $$, I'd recommend getting in touch with JT directly. PM me and I'll give you his email. He's good about giving you exact pricing and shipping, I always get the pricing from him before requesting an invoice.

He wasn't interested in getting me a full exhaust system but will get the other parts. Is there another way to contact him?

I bought a complete NOS TEC point plate from jtmarks77. Good shipment too.
Some sellers have too high shipping cost making it impossible to order

Did you get it via his ebay store? Stuff is even less when you get it from him directly.

I have K0 heat shields, screws, washers and mirrors on the way from him. The last parts I needed for a stock exhaust system. After owning five 750's this will be my first with stock exhaust. Even when guys didn't want a 4 into 1 the stockers rusted and they ended up with one anyway. I'm getting kind of excited.

Ebay has finally dunned shipping costs for those that were abusive about that. Now all can enjoy increased costs and profit for the e-bay.
