Matt
Have you tried your wheels yet?
I ask for two reasons.
What method did/do you use (dial indicator and groups or just the pointer) and did you follow Hondaman's wisdom about having each wheel centered on the same track line?.
I am headed down this road soon with new rims and stainless spokes on my K3.

I haven't trued up the wheels yet so don't have any words of wisdom on that front.

I did get the swingarm rebuilt. I bought a new collar and brass bushings. They come together nice and the swingarm has no play right now. We'll see how long it lasts. I'm happy, though.  I replaced the grease zerks as well.

I also have the forks rebuilt and ready to mount up.

Next on my list is install tapered steering bearings so I can attach the front end stuff.

Bummed that the local Hagon dealer in San Diego County folded.  You used to be able to get them faster and cheaper.
