I exchanged PMs with Anders last April.  At the time he was preparing to make additional units (he was sold out) possibly in the summer.  I just PM'd him again to follow up.

The charger thread is still pending...
It would be fine to get a complete CB750 kit with everything needed.
Ship starter gear from Sweden will cost more in shipping only than a fresh gear from eBay USA and ship to Anders.

Try and find a starter gear in real good shape (roller contact area not hammered). ;)

I have my name on his list for a confirmed sale. Maybe Anders would get inspired to make another batch if he gets enough commitments.

I PM'd Anders a few weeks back, I asked that if he wasn't making any more could he let me know what parts he was using so I could have one made here, he said that he wouldn't pass the info on as he had too much time and money in it , he then  asked me "how many do you want"..  seems he will still make them, its just a matter of when... ;)  I want one, maybe two.. The drop in our dollar {Aus} has now made them bloody expensive here...
