Things are looking a little shaky for me. I've got a very important meeting to attend on Monday afternoon. So it seems that racing on Sunday could be somewhat difficult given the fact its a 7 plus hour drive back home. What I'll likely do is pay for both days in street ET and collect the points without racing just like Billy did several times last year. I don't like the process of not at least "taking the track" to earn points but I see it netted a lot of "unearned" points for Bill last season so why fight the system.

See you guys Friday morning.

Me to Dave, all I can do is wait for reports as there is no live feed at this round, they are only covering the finals in November.

Also, please keep our friend BayBay Yarbrough in your thoughts and prayers, he sure needs it as the new season gets under way.

Good luck to all you guys and stay safe.

Neither Bill or I made any passes today. I think Trey made one but hasn't gotten a handle on Purple Rain yet. Both Wilbur and Larry made the first official time runs. I can't remember what either ran.

Bill is still tying up loose ends on his bike. Both of us will probably make tomorrow's one time run to get dialed in. Hopefully Trey can take Purple Rain at that point.

Not a great day for most of the group. Most of us out after the second round. I'm still learning how to launch a bike that's strange to me. We had a very strong head wind for second round. I dialed up 2 tenths and ran 4 tenths slower than my previous pass. Bill got a kick back from his bike that's kept him from competition. Our texas connection is learning to harness the new found power in what was purple rain bike. Pops has stories for all. Hoping for a better tomorrow.

Damn kicker hit the inside of my knee joint, back side, damn  no kicking the 836+ but its on YouTube running at Honda836+ Lol. Larry's so nice, I'm riding his stocker tomorrow!  K. Wilbur, Larry, and new guy Mike all having big fun like the rest of us, bedtime,  Bill.  Frank went out on a .003 red 2nd round.
