its a stering damper alarm. start beebing as a tank slapper is nearly komming..so you can get time to teighten the damper

Hell yeah...nothing better than a big crew of sohc4s rippin around...turn signal buzzin, brakes sqealin, chains rattlin, all shiftin at 8k plus
