I hate to think of what someone would have to do to make a 350F do that speed.  The original magazine articles rated top speed at around 86 mph when the bike first hit the U.S. market.  Mine does around the same, with a 4 into 1, and no other mods.

High compression Big bore, stroker crank, valves, porting, cam, 6 speed gearbox, ultralight wheels/tires, drilled rotors, drilled brake cover, no electric start, batteryless ignition, titanium frame, fibreglass tank/seat, and a 90# rider

I got mine up to Oh-f^%k speed on a few occasions.
Tucked, downhill, with a tailwind, AND in 5th.  Had to...im 6'5" #260  ;D
