i bought the Aether Badlands jacket last sunday. It's $900
. you can click the picture to check out it's features and buy one if you are so inclined. i justified it in my mind because i need a race level street jacket, and i feel bad when i try on a bunch of expensive stuff and don't buy anything, and i tried the medium and small on about 20 times each cause I'm kinda in the middle.
There are tons of jackets just as safe for half the price and just as good looking. I can have armor installed in those pleather $50 faux-moto jacket department store jobs for dirt cheap.
don't get me wrong it's a siiiiiick jacket, its very very light for how much armor is in it, fits good, looks real nice, really good pit vents, my pits were cold on a 65 degree day on the highway with a t-shirt under. Its designed to wear on "warm" days even though it's full leather and the leather feels really thick and high quality. I'm just not 100% sold on the look or the fit on me and its too expensive to keep if it aint "the" jacket I wanna keep. Thank god i bought it on my credit card. Im gunna go back and try on other jackets, maybe get something cheaper and get a pair of pants too.
