Went to see a K2 750 last night that PO thought was a K3. Pretty heavily chopped, shock bars, 2" longer forks, hex nuts on top of engine case (who knows what that means?), nappy King/Queen seat, prob a 16" shouldered big rear tire, extended swingarm. I dunno, it's gonna be a lot of work and I'd be better off making my bike stock and that a cafe racer if I would buy it. There's no way I can offer what his initial asking price is.

This is the second bike I have seen where I got to inform the owner they were not what was advertised. The other was what the guy thought was a K3 that ws actually a K5 frame with K3 engine. Go figure.

Have ya'll ever had your thyroid tested? That is what's wrong with me, I had bad gas at times, stomach gurgled all the time. Tired all the time, your thyroid is basically the thermostat for your whole body so when it suffers your whole body suffers, depressive thoughts everything....Mine is diying slowly so I have to get blood work done alot to make sure my t-3 and t-4 stuff is kosher with the synthroid I take, fun rollercoaster ride let me tell ya. When I was first diagnosed it was REALLY low, so low that I was having panic attacks almost crying for no reason, and this is coming from a person that is regulary accused for not having any feelings.... It is serious though, low thyroid can make you have a stroke, heart attack, ibs, depression, tired all the time...

Hypo Goon? That is something Ink and Kit might want to look into.
The GF had hypothyroid and had to get some treatment this last year.
Seems like there is a lot of that happening to people- sister had hypo.

had my thyroid tested with all the other stuff. came out normal.

Back in the day, smoking would help. now I'm considering getting a card because apparently you can for IBS (which I have been diagnosed with)

Hypo is low and will cause weight prob, but funny thing is I gained weight after getting on synthroid. Dook, its genitics for me. My dad's roid is dead, the last time he went in to get tested they said his adrenals were at 9, they should be at 1 and they said they were surprised he hadn't had a heart attack yet. He's 60 longhair cherokee HD vrod ridin' car builder.
Kit you should get your card if it helps, and you and your sister are kewl.
Funy thing about low thyroid if it is low your body tries to compensate for it naturally, making you crave things like sugar and caffene to replace what is lost, but in that same breath heart disease and diabetes go hand in hand with low roid because of what I explained above.

I will eat a handful of gizzards but I don't touch livers. Their hot sauce is splendid though.
