Guess what ? I’m back with modern version HB1 number two.
Using same Bimota HB1 frame but with radical swingarm.
The carbon fiber tank will still be used but trashing the seat for more
traditional cafe seat.
Engine will pumped up to 836 , mild cam and
Maybe so modern carbs.
Wheels will be Marchessini mags with Brembo calipers.
Forks will be BMW 955’s
Triple trees, custom by me.

This new one sounds great, Rob.  Are you having Ian do any work on this one?

Thanks, there will be a lot of differences from real and first HB1. Thinking of calling Framecrafters HR1

I asked Karsten who built the frame to make a different radical swing-arm. So a lot of this bike will be to his suggestions. The #1 was to be as close to HB1 as possible. I think I achieved that. Sad part was lot people thought it’s to old school.
So this time we will mix new and old school.
All good. Yet another one off that will never be duplicated.

Engine parts ordered. Mild megacycle cam, Wiseco 836 pistons, Dynatek ignition, coils and wires.
CR 29 carbs. Rick’s regulator. Finish it off with my own cnc bling.
Am I forgetting anything?

Finished with design and prototype of
the brake rear set.
All engine parts painted and baked.
Made some bling for rocker cover.

 That engine would look great with a billet block. Would also perform real well with 100HP and change. ;) ;D
