The Association For Injured Motorcyclists and the Trails End Pub are putting on a show 'n shine in Lake Cowichan on Vancouver Island. Here is the info from Pepper, the Victoria Director of AIM.
"Yes the Show and Shine is a go at Trails End. There is a $5 registration fee per bike and although it is suppose to be ride in that apparently is only in theory. all makes and models are allowed. registration is from 10am to 11:30/12 ish. there is a little flexiblity there. Can't tell you what the prizes are apparently the pub supplies them. And Tom advises me that the pub may also put on a BBQ afterwards but he didn't know what the cost for food would be."
Should be good. Lake Cowichan is a neat little town, the pub has a park and a large parking lot in front and nearby. Think I'll take The Twins there.
