Sounds very nice indeed Mick, I'm looking forward to seeing a pic! Have you still got the old forks? I'd prefer Marzocchi's, but Ceriannis would be nice too. What front disc did you use with the Brembo calipers, and finally, what's the bore size? For 10 seconds I'm guessing it's running pretty big slugs?

The reason I don't like the Yamiya Yoshi rep is that the bends look wrong, and from the collector back the pipe has a couple of sharp corners, looks like a smokestack in a pot-belly stove, whereas my original Yosh has a nice smooth bend all the way thru. Just my opinion of course, and you know what they say about opinions........... Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Well i still have the cerianni's but i'm not too sure i want to sell them as i have a spare engine and frame, you know how it is. I'm not too sure what the disc was but it looked like a Yamaha one. Bore size is another mystery so far but i will find out, when i had the head off the bore didn't look too big, i think this thing was built to rev, it was built and raced by a guy who was an engineer, i bought this as a project nearly ten years ago so some of the details are a bit blurry. Will let you know as i progress. Can you still get the Yoshi pipe.?

G'Day Mick, well if you do decide to sell the forks, let me know? I traded a "Peter Allen" (The Drag Racer, not the singer) 4 into 2 for the Yosh, the owner just wanted a pipe that he could use with his centre stand.

I'm guessing it's 20+ years old, but in amazing condition with only a couple of scratches underneath. I'm tempted to install it on my K1 just to try it out, but I need some incentive to get back into my Endurance Racer so I better leave it for that project.

As far as I'm aware Yoshimura don't make them anymore, and that's probably why Yamiya are allowed to copy them. Cheers, Terry. ;D
