With all the rain [and flooding] Lake Travis has risen 37 vertical feet! We are no longer in a drought.

That's amazing. Having lived in San Diego and seen the drought there and in northern California with the water levels in the reservoirs very low there and at Lake Mead outside of Vegas from the 70s to the past 4 years I know how the levels drop down so low.
