If you mean the older-looking one above that, it bogus. The Ivanica (or whatever the name is) engine is real, in a sort of Iver-Johnson frame with bogus forks and ape-hangers. The woman is a Ziegfield Follies dncer for the 20's. All put together in Photoshop (not by me, btw). Whoever did it has skills, IMO.
