I like all the different & original touches you are doing to your bike. I may have to steal a few for my chopper.... :) Keep up the cool work!
BTW, post some better pics of that spider web bar!

Hey just a thought but your cool looking "useless bracket" why now mount a small oil cooler behind it?

rear brake setup is almost done also.

So here we go I have been very busy. They #$%*canned my boss at work and have attached a trackin device to me. But that is a different story.

Like I said i have been busy.

I really liked the shape of this seat pan compared to the first one I made. So I made a template of it and started plan "B"

Then I mounted the first of the indicator lights in the electric box.

Then I took the Operation Birth Kontrol to Hagerstown for the races.

So I got a piece of thicker steel and started a new seat pan the same shape as the template.

I think we are almost done.

And don't ask how many holes there are because I have no idea. Most have been drilled 2 to3 times.

Wow, drill press art! I don't know if you're hitting on some golden ratio stuff or what, but I sure do like it WAY better than just a measured grid of holes. Almost has a fractal geometry vibe to it. It would be cool if you could upholster it with the holes going through the leather as well.

man i don't know what you do for a living but if it's not fabricator you missed your calling. doing this with a drill press and welder, you'd be unstopable with a fully stocked shop. i'm serious, wow.
