Hi Steve,  Yes.  Its a 2009 Jaguar XK Convertible.  It is a really fun car to drive.  Not quite like a muscle car.  More like a classic British sports car, but modern.

After a 55-mile spring warm-up ride I gave my K3 a bath and replaced the shifter-shaft seal :D

I did my rear swingarm exchange with a cb550 swingarm.

Working on the front forks now.

bought a tank from a guy in town had a denso gauge on it. missing the plunger and chain but the needle has the spring. looks like a future project.

...yes, the left one was leaking after I put the fork legs and the front wheel.

yes, in the pics you can see the end of the collector for the headers, the supertrapp thats on the bench under the bike will be going on as high as i can mount it, needs a joiner of appropriate internal and external sizes as well as being the right length and bend ( approx 100mm between the ends of the two pipes and about a 15degree bend in the middle , going to check out an exhaust shop later to see if he can make what i need in stainless

should have also said there should be at least a foot of clearance under the bike, it's going to be a very long way in the air

I got a bike back from a friend after a decade. I took the tank off to drain out gas that was a few years old, drained the fuel from the carbs, and filled it up with some fresh gas and seafoam. I’m hoping I can get away without pulling the carbs and rebuilding them.
