Brian's first thought of the morning
« on: January 03, 2010, 07:28:51 AM »
do you wear Ed Hardy?
if so I implore you to give it to your local clothing recycling brigade.

It's not cool.   seriously.

after you're done, go to walmart or whatever and purchase a couple 3 packs of black shirts with that little pocket on the front.

thank you.

My wife wears the perfume (no it doesn't make her smell like Ed).
And, the art is great... So, I'm not listening to you.   :P
But I don't have any of the clothes anyway.   ;D

We also have the Ed Hardy pint glasses... those are pretty sweet.
As I do enjoy good flash art, I don't think Ed Hardy's is bad, just mainstream.
You're right about the giant logo, kinda looks like CAFE on the side of a cafe bike.   ;)

My first thought was "WTF am I getting up at 6 for?!"

+1000 on the Ed Hardy crap.  They're ugly tattoos and even uglier clothes. :P

Brian, I really, really love that idea.  Damn.  If I could find a place that would make vinyl stickers, I'd get "CAR" "Intake" "Exhaust" etc etc all done in brand name-type fonts and designs. ;) I wonder who'd go in on that?

Actually, I prefer them to continue wearing the Ed Hardy stuff.  It makes a person easily identifiable as somebody I don't want to waste my time on. ;)

Here in old Blighty the lads just seem to be emerging from a particularly seminal sartorial phase whereby they wear their jeans so low you can see their balls as they walk - they look bloody ridiculous holding on to their belts with one hand and their cell phones with the other  :D  :D  :D. In comparison this seems quite tame - if my two very impressionable adolescent boys are going to make total di@#s of themselves, I'd rather they do it by showing a shin in public rather than their backsides  :D :D. Still very unnerving though. And who/what is Ed Hardy anyway?
