I'll have to check the work and game a schedules for the 25th maybe will could start meeting around Indy and pick up numbers along the way

Sounds like a great idea.  If you end up being able to go, maybe we can meet up on the East side.  I'm very close to 465 and East Washington Street.  Not sure if CBJoe will plan to go, but he lives really closeby also....so you could potentially pick up two of us there.

I'm gonna do my BEST to make it.  Gotta go out of town for work on Wed, but will hopefully be back by Friday.  i'll know for sure and will post on Friday Morning if I can make it.

Hey whats up guys, i was talking to Chris and told me to check this link out. My name is Matt and i live in carmel have a 75 Honda CB550f turning into a cafe, but haven't got to ride but once this year , having some gremlin problems with the electrical and the bike not running right so prob going to tear eventhing down and rebuild it so hopefully i will get to meet you guys next spring for some rides and meet up, later Matt   oh yeah forgot i added everyone on too my buddy list.

Hey INDY peeps,  Chris just told me about this thread so i figured id post and subscribe to it.
Somewhat new to the bike scene.  Been riding dirt bike for awhile and now getting into the vintage bikes. Mainly honda.

Sold my 75cb550  & crf 230 in the spring{bikeless for the first time in 15 years} and I am in search of my next project.  A Scrambler to cafe. Ive had 1 75750F and 3 cb550's all cafe'd cept the 750f and 1 08crf 230. Tango 911 are you a dispatcher for Federal Express or Fed Ex Freight?

Nice to hear from you Gordon.  Better find a bike to wrench on over the winter so you are ready to ride this spring!  You would think that Craigslist would be teeming with good deals now that the cold is setting in.  Good luck on your search and keep in touch.  Lots of nice people here on the forum from the Indy area.   

BTW - Where is Huntertown exactly?

Huntertown is just north of Fort Wayne. I get down to Plainfield just about every night for work. We also have some family down there.

i dispatch for Fedex Express.   Started at the hub in 88'.

Guys i finally have my bike done except maybe doing a chop on the plugs, and possibly need to move to a 110 jet, and decals. Looking forward to riding or meeting with you indy guys.

Welcome! Hoosiers keep swarming in. For a little State sure are a lot ofus. We had 6 of us together for a ride in September. Really great, 3 SOHCs and 3 non-SOHCs. There is nothing routine, except a bike night on first Thursday somewhere on Southside.

You'll just have to pay attention to "events" and one of us will post something. I'll try to do something again in late April early May. But I'm working on a SOHC project and haven't spent much time riding on my other bike. I'd like to be riding the CB SOHC on these rides.

PS: and your bike looks great!
