I like the night better.  Especially if the moon is shining.

Night.  It is usually cooler and quieter.  I am more of a cruiser now (gittin' old), instead of the daily warrior I used to be.  My bagger has some good light too.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

I enjoy night riding in the city, but to many deer up and about here in WI to drive the county roads safely at night. There have been a number of bikers killed already this year from the deer.

I would much rather ride during the day. Way too many close calls with deer at night, and the 350's headlight absolutely blows. I'm overriding the highbeam at 45 MPH.

We just got back from a week-long mini-tour through Montana, northern Idaho and eastern Washington.  I made sure we were done by dusk. The number of deer and other animals out and around make riding after dark very unwise.  It was bad enough during the day.  They were everywhere.

Riding around the city is great at night but like others here have said, out in the wooded country areas I like to be off the road after dark.

Took a little cruise after sunset last week, it was nice that it had cooled off, but the 550 just does not put out enough light to see that well out here in the "country". Prefer daylight...

Before I changed the stock bulb to a silverstar and added two 55 watt driving lights to my bagger, I felt the same way.

The only state I've ridden where I've seen more dead animals on the road than Texas is Florida.  Lots of lights are nice, but you'd better add a couple of force fields to supplement them.

Having ridden my Brit Bikes with Lucas Prince of Darkness, I happily ride at night on a Honda.

On the roads I'd like to ride on at night for lack of traffic and the chance of a little 'sporty' riding, the dang deer would be a big risk, so daytime is my vote, reluctantly. :(

Deer,  oh deer--damned deer!  I've had so many close calls in my cage,  night driving on the back roads around here,  I'm not very comfortable at night.

Night riding in Manhattan is fun--as long as you're willing to kick a fender or two.

I voted for the day time, but I ride both day and night.  I prefer the day since the bugs are fewer and like others have said, the deer aren't out.  I like the night if I'm riding in metro areas and the traffic is light.

No preference....love riding during the day unless is a hot as h summer day, although I'd rather be ridin than in a car with no A/C, but the hot nights make up for it..not many deer on the freeway and haulin a$$ under the full moon with no traffic? the best...  winter days are awesome, most of the time don't really mind the rain but icy cold wet winter nights can really suck...

I do like urban riding at night because my dinky little headlight is more obvious against the darkness compared to the sunlight.
