What have you named your bike...
« on: August 06, 2010, 08:50:10 PM »
I know from many of my friends and myself that every bike or thing they have worked on with an engine has a name. I would like to start this thread to have all you guys post the name you have given for your bike. Pictures are even better!

For me i named my 1974 cb350f Darci. This come from the show top gear on their Vietnam special. I liked the name and thought it fit my old heavy girl!

She had a few names on the way to being finished, B*tch, sonofa b*tch, and a few really choice ones but since she is now finished and behaves like a lady I named her "BLONDIE"! ;D

ive never really been into names for cars or bikes, even my car ive owned for 26 years is still called my car!but the bike is gradually becoming known as the "hoonda",,a"hoon" here in australia is a young driver whos just got his license and is about to lose it in an over powered car doing smokey donuts ,boom, boom, boom music speeding with no respect through carparks etc,,i dont do any of that shyt but one more "O" just seems to fit.

my 78 550 race bike recreation was called Speed Pony originally, so that's what the recreation is called.  the 77 550 cafe has a Japanese theme so I am calling it 'kasoku suru senshi' / Speed Warrior.
