What does the (big) writing say, and why does it have a chip on it?

That would be correct if this is a driver license. These are just the codes for A. License number (Kenteken: ZF-85-63, this is a classic bike number), Meldcode are the last 4 digits of the frame number
B. Dates of first registration of the bike and in The Netherlands and the registration on my name.
At C. are my personal details like name and address which I removed with Photoshop.

The big writing KENTEKENBEWIJS means Registration Certificate.
I don't know exactly why it has a chip, I think for an easy read out of the details by a (hand) computer and for anti-copy purpose

I ordered the license plate this weekend, but it takes too long, I can't wait. So I printed one from my computer, glued it on a card board and did the first short roadtrip since 1985. It's so exciting to drive this bike! My smile was bigger than my head. So smooth! It's incredible that this bike has a mileage of only 5,000 miles. I love this bike!
