Billet tappet covers
Billet rocker shaft end bolts
Billet engraved points cover and generator badge
Billet brake torque arm
Billet motor mounts
Billet exhaust flanges
Billet bar end weights (ben - waw balls) bet you didn't notice that, did ya ?
Billet mirrors
Billet tail light and bracket w/ LED's
Billet brake reservoir cap
Billet oil drain and filler caps
Billet wheel spacers
Carbon fiber air box
Custom oil cooler with braided lines and all billet mounting hardware
520 sprockets and chain
Custom seat (obviously)
Custom L.E.D. turn signals w/ billet mounts

Kevin! She's just gleaming!!  I remember being blown away by this bike before...and she's still a "Gorgeous piece of Show quality beautifullness" (say that 10 times fast....in reverse...while licking your back)

It's going to be a really hard choice.    I'm partial to cafe's...and Shortround has a knack at the "SHABAM factor"... Kevin's bike is glistening with attention to detail... and the more time I spend around these bikes...the appreciation for their original beauty has me drawn to Terry's gorgeous bleu rockin' stocker!!

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..... i wait and watch... and wait and watch some more.... hmmmmmmmmmm

I love the original form of the bike too, when I started the PH project I had a concourse '76 Parakeet Yellow and a concourse '75 Ruby Red in the stable. Unfortunately I had to sell them to fund the building of my new shop. I hope to be buying the yellow bike back soon.

Well I went for a ride today, the weather was beautiful, warm and sunny, and I'm on Christmas vacation, so I tooled around my favorite country roads just enjoying being alive. Of course, I had time to stop for a smoke and to take a few pics, all in all, a great day! ;D

Like I said, I'm usually a sucker for a stocker. Especially since that is what I have and lean toward. Terry, you have a great bike there. I love the blues as much as the reds. But when it came down to the final wire and I went to put in my vote, I just couldn't pass up the gorgeous job that Kevin did on Purple Haze. So for about the third time ever, I voted for a non-stocker. Good job everyone.

Thanks mate, and no worries, I'm not really a big fan of stockers, but I built this bike for a young guy who really wanted a blue K2 just like the one in a pic he sent me, so I didn't really have a choice. Having said that, I really like this bike, and I'm tempted to build another one for my own collection, either a red or a green one, but my next build will be my 1060cc RC Cobra build, which will be far from stock, but lots of (scary) fun! Cheers, Terry. ;D

Wow, such a hard choice - but ultimately for me it came down to the fact that I'd rather ride around on Kevin's bike.  If SHORTROUND's bike had mufflers it might have gone the other way.

Guys, congrats to all of you, these machines are amazing.

So this month's BOTM has really turned into a tough choice.

I have always liked Shortround's builds.  The way he uses the coloured frame, and his brake details on this build have really caught my interest.  The openness, and paired down, only the essentials look are classic cafe, but with his usual attention to the small details.

Kevin's bike was one of my suggestions to TipperT (oops forgot the 'industrial' ;)).  The paint work is stunning, and I do love billet, and polished alloy. ;D  As with Shortround's, the more I look at the photo's, the more his attention to detail, keeps drawing me in.

I've been a fan of Terry's builds since I saw the 1st photo of Goldie.  For a 'built from parts in my garage', he's set a standard that maybe someday I'll be able to say I got close to.  That blue tank, and overall freshness are truly stunning.  My only word of caution to him - don't every put that tank and covers on Goldie, or your 'herd' will get rustled. ;D

Well I still have a week, just wish I there was a way I could vote for all of them.  Their all deserving of a BOTM nod.
