Andy those rubber seals get hard in the caliper and wont let the piston slide back and forth.
I put a new seal in it.

It's basically the mixture screw area that I need a part from. I only need one washer from one of them. I have the o-rings, springs, and screws. It is literally only that part, and it is pretty tiny. I'm going to try and find one tomorrow somewhere that may work as well. There has to be something out there off the shelf that could work without cannibalizing your sets.

Cool. As soon as I get the little one dropped off at day care, I'm headed straight to the garage. The plan is to get everything I can possibly get done in one day. I think I can get most of it done before lunch, but we'll see.

I think I have what you need. I didnt actually unscrew it but there are two carbs so surely one has all its pieces.

Do we need another form of communication that reaches all the Scramblers, like an AM radio show or something?

I seemed to have missed the original inquiry about carb parts, but I still have the spare 360 carbs, and Jonathan has a set of my cb350 carbs up there.  I can bring the 360 carbs for you to cannibalize this weekend.

I'm all set now on the carbs. I ended up modifying a brass washer a few minutes ago that will work just dandy. I didn't get as much stuff done that I had planned, but the front tire, fork seals, fork fluid, and chain are knocked off the list. If I can, I'll get the lights wired tonight and remount the carbs. Unfortunately it looks like all of my cables will probably have to be shortened a few inches, so a trip to see Mac is in my future. Half my day was spent cleaning up the inside of the forks. They were pretty nasty, but now I should be good to go.

Looks like I won't be making any rides for awhile. :(  Got in a fight with the table saw at work and it won.  It may take around 3 months for recovery.  Typing with just my left hand really sucks. >:(  On the other hand I did score some good pain pills. :o
