Virginia has driver's improvement classes but you have to take it in person and it costs $80 or so.

And do not ask me how I know   ;)

I've just recently found out that if I get pulled over by a cop for speeding, (only for a minor speeding offence though) if I admit to the accusation, but ask that consideration be given to my excellent driving record and the charge be withdrawn, the cop can then tell me to have a nice day and send me on my way, to sin another day. I think I'll try that next time.............. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Ha ha, it might take awhile Steve, I haven't been booked in a couple of years now, so unless the cops find my "test track" where I like to explore the outer limits of my bikes, I should be OK. ;D

I´ve got my Z1-R running.

Gave her new tyres, brake pads, brake hoses and fluid, checked ignition, synchronised carbs, two times fresh oil, ... everything works fine,

"superscooter" waiting for test drive.

Bridgestone Battlax BT45

Same on the Z1.

Not a classic profile, but the best choise (is there another?) for those old ladies, in my opinion.

No idea how she´s running.
Not registrated yet. No TÜV ("MOT") yet.
Will buy a 5-day-ticket, but actually weather is cold and rainy.
Engine sounds like it shoild with only 26 tkm .

Doc, I love a motorcycle!

I like the BT45's, have them on my K4.  I put the Avon RoadRiders on the Z, very happy with them.

As much as I need a vacation, a long bike trip is not in the cards right now.
And Terry thinks a lot of us just go and ride 20 miles and snap a picture, and call it a day.

Well, I always like to prove Uncle Terry wrong so I went out and rode 42 miles and snapped this pic!
The best road in the county [not pictured] is only a half mile from my house, so great twisties with minimal traffic is only minutes away.

Still love this bike. Hadnt ridden it in about three weeks, but as always, it starts immediately and what a thrill to ride.

Still looking for a little brother for this bike, a '71 H1 500 is in my future [when I find one]

That's amazing, not as amazing as Vic World's pre-production CB750 which went for well over $100K, but still pretty amazing for a high mileage Z1. Cheers, Terry. ;D

That was truly amazing, but we're talking apples and oranges since the Honda was a pre-production bike.

Yeah you're right mate, but that's a pretty special Z1, being as it was made on the first day of production. Cheers, Terry. ;D

Sorry guys.
MY 1973 Z1 is extremely rare. Only one made  with that VIN !!  8)

It was made on a warm spring day, sun was shinning, air was clean, birds were singing and Takashi (27), who assembled the engine, was in a good moode. Because he had a good night with his wife, Yuki (23). She
practiced a trick that she learned......
