So it's a KO 10/69 both frame and engine #'s are 1008xxx

Does it have the original carbs(looks like) and wrinkle tank ? How are the pipes, HM300 or no number. Engine turning over and how many miles is it showing ? OH so many questions Nice find as it is an early one still.
