Hey Revskid,
Do you know anything about a company in Regina called Cycle One Manufacturing? I'll be north of the border next week and in your area the following week. They make frames. I want to visit them and check out a soft tail chop frame they are beginning to make. Any info appreciated.

The speedo and tach on my bike are pretty bad, have anything decent? I have a lot of parts myself or would pay for a decent set from anyone. I never see the gauges on eBay any more.

Brand new to this....Not sure what or where to do it on this site.., but here goes..
Smiley is my name, and I'm from Cambridge. Got a 72 750 K2 that I am SLOWLY bringing back to life as original. I've even got pipes!!!!. Tank & side covers were repainted in original "Nippon fats & oils" candy orange paint.
Have a spare orange gas tank for a 75 than I am not using anymore. It was new when I got it, and is in really good shape. It is the one with the wide black stripe on it.
As time goes on, I will post more parts, but right now I will click around the site some more and "Discover how it works. (I am not a real good computer person, so I will have to convince my better half to help in posting pictures!)
Later..

Hi Smiley, Welcome to the SOHC/4 Forum. Your post should really be in the new member introductions section but what the hey. The best way to get familiar with the forum is to poke around and see all the different sections. The best one to start with is the FAQ section. There is a subsection in there about Forum FAQ's which is for newbies like yourself and I (I joined in August). As for pictures, the simple way to add them to a post is to click on the "additional options" in blue, on the left side below the message box and browse for your pic. When you click post, it will add into the post.
Sounds like a nice bike you have there.  ;)
buy the way, I'm from just north of Toronto.
 Cheers, Matt.

Hey Matt, where about's north of T.O.? I am in the east end (Whitby) but enjoy riding pretty much all over the area...we all keep talking about getting a ride together but still can't seem to hamer out a date.

And a big hello to you too smiley...you have the luxury of some great roads out your way. I have a buddy who lives in Sheffield just outside of Cambridge and I enjoy meeting up with him out there occasionally for rides.

Hi Dennis, I'm up in Alliston. Not far away, probably an hour and a half on a good day via 407. I'll have the little 350F ready for next season, she's my overwinter project. I'll be ready for a ride then. Must be some nice roads out your way, up 7 to Peterborough and out that way. Traffic is crazy up here for a leasure ride! Not bad west of Alliston though. Have to set up a thread for us S.Ont. riders for setting up a ride date.  ;D

I know the feeling of the winter project...mine has been half assed for a while but I do have my CBR600 as my daily rider so there isn't the same motivation to get the 750 going...finally have a house with a garage so that's one less excuse so hopefully this winter I will be able to finish it up!

Yeah north and east there are some nice roads...but weekend cottager traffice kinda kills it. Not bad on evening rides but I just haven't had time lately for pleasure riding because of tackling work around the house.
