Well, it must be pretty "brisk" inside: it blew the rusty pipes apart in about 10 minutes of run time! One of the 550 pipes broke at the muffler-header joint, one split open at the header's bend. One of the 500 pipes blew a wasp nest out, which finally 'cleared its throat' and let it rev and idle better. :D

I wonder what kind of HP this will be, too? Wish I had the whole bike, now... ;)

Congratulations Cameron! New baby boy is just perfect for getting at those tiny parts in the 650 motor. Give him a week to get settled then start the training....you know I'm just kidding!! Exciting times for you ahead! My baby boy just turned 34, sigh!

Mark, Cam, So, the motor is finished?  Is it in the bike yet?  Will it be dyno'd to determine the output?

Thanks!

Cam,  Care to share the Dyno numbers that were achieved in this thread...
Was always curious about them...

HondaMan and I shared a couple recent emails.  Turns out the pistons didn't work out for the GE build because of skirt clearance and the rods which resulted in you going with a set of 592 cc pistons.  Not the Cruising Image from ebay... The high compression 592 kit, right?

Thanks!

pretty sure that's his other engine with the 592 kit. This one got the cruzinimage 605 kit. I also don't think it ever got on a dyno. I street-tuned it with a wideband tailpipe sniffer, though. it certainly rips.

Too many to keep up -- adding Cam's 650 to the mix.  Is the 592 a runner, too?

Sinister is correct.
This motor has the Cruzin image 605 pistons and a 650 cam

A motor with the 592 (11.5-1 cr) dynoman pistons is currently being built as well as a 672cc (10.5-1)

It's a lot to keep straight around here lol.
No dyno time yet. I'd like to do 2 if not all three bikes together.
The lady is putting a lot of seat time in though. This bike is fast.

The cobbler's children have no shoes.

But in the broader interpretation, it includes the cobbler as well.
