Really nice commercial. Emotional connection without being sad. I really wish the aesthetics of the bike were '72 SOHC4 rather than '82 DOHC4

Why does it have to look as big as an aircraft carrier and weigh as much???  There is no need for this bike to weigh 555 lbs wet!!
There's no wonder Triumph, BMW and Kawasaki are kicking Big Red in the ass in the modern classic market.

Not a bad sound either although I wonder what it would sound like with 4X4 exhaust? Maybe closer to an oldie?

I still like the looks of this one below.  8)

The rider was taking it a bit handy on the 1100. Not sure I'd treat it so gently.

Looks like there are actually 2 models they will be releasing and EX and an RS. Given the sales record of the previous models may be a risky move. I thought at one time they were going to be dropping it altogether, maybe one more try on their part.   https://rideapart.com/articles/2017-honda-cb1100-rs-classic-cool

They need to try harder.  ::) Maybe take a page our of BMWs playbook.
BMW took their RnineT model, and went better.

They got closer than they have in the past. Almost but not quite yet.

If they could put it on a diet and make it 455 lbs wet, it would be a good start.  Why in the world does it need to be so stinkin' heavy?
