I ordered a pair of cam bolts from ebay, they were just a few $$. Another seller had a bag of 20 for $40. That would be enough for everybody! I'll see if I get ones that I like. Suzuki #09103-07001
I searched that number on partzilla numerous times and only get a white screen. Revzilla says 7x11 mm $2.56 each.

Thanks for confirming the part number, these were $6.99 shipped. Seemed fair.  I just noticed the seller of 20 bolts offered them less the $6 shipping cost, shipped for the same price of $40, I could go into the cam bolt business. lol.

I agree that something crafted to this degree can be art. I always wanted an RC cylinder just to look at, this is better. I expect the process to be enjoyable and one to remember every time I hear it.

The glass beaded surface is very nice. Then look into the nikasil surfaced bores.
All in one piece.

No oil seeping thru the  non existing ventilation area 1-2 , 3-4 as can  happen bored stock cylinders where it will go thru the alu even when boring for 74-74.5mm OD sleeves which has to be sealed in the bottom where it must be a wider groove cylinder - sleeve.

I have evidence of those big sleeve issues in my old friends stroker motor, the fins are packed with silicone, still leak and two of the sleeve tops are sunken below the head gasket surface. When I leak down tested it, the sleeves could blow soap bubbles from between the fins.
I think CycleX was using a hard block product to seal the sleeves, that makes more sense than silicone. On the cycleX web site Ken has a photo of the old way of sealing big bore sleeves, it looks just like the one I have

Now I need to get the F1 motor out of the frame and start stripping it.....
And get the head cleaned up to give to him to give it some umph.
