I can touch the ground real well. Well enough to be able to comfortably rock my bike back and forth, like I usually do before starting the bike, just to get the gas in all the little passages. My original shocks didn't have the big chrome dust cap on them- just spring up to the top... (reference some of my old pics) but yea, I can firmly dig my heels in now. Thankfully! I was backing her out of the shop just a tad so I didn't fill the shop with exhaust, and accidentally went down the little 1" drop that starts the downhill ramp out. I was able to push her up and back in myself, which, without the shorter shocks, I would've never been able to do.
