Hey, is that what the one I got from you looked like ?

I wish Frank! Sadly, I only saw it as a bare frame and parts...

Speaking of which, can you PM me your address? I need to mail you something!

Photoshop!!!!!!!!!

For goodness sake, take a decent look at the picture ... perhaps even zoom in on it, before making some ill-informed post.

OK well here is the informed post with info for the pic. First off it was taken in October of last year. Second of all...any of you in San Fran?

"My walk to work takes me through a lively cross-section of San Francisco: down Fillmore and Church, then across the Mission on 18th Street all the way to Folsom. The beauty below caught my eye a few days ago, and reminded me how I used to walk to work with my camera on the off-chance I’d stumble upon something interesting (even after walking the same route, day after day). So this morning I decided to resuscitate the old habit." - Justin @  http://justinsomnia.org/2011/10/feral-cb750/

Looks like a Candy Gold K0 to me. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the K2 wouldn't have the painted headlight ears, and the K1 wouldn't have the ducktail seat. And neither the K1 or K2 would have the vented side cover.

Also: small tail light = K0,K1; not K2. Added to the vented sidecovers = k0.

Years ago there was a thread about the supply of used CB750s drying up. I'm of the position that there are still 10s of thousands of these kinds of bikes out there. There were hundreds of thousands sold. Maybe the exhaust systems ended up in the heap, I don't think the bikes did, or got crushed either.

They just got ran into a barn, or layed up against a fence and weeds grew thru it. Great hobby for years to come!

I like fork covers

thats gotta be wrench monkeys ....with benji parts

i've always wondered how those fork covers would look without the lower covers (the lower covers of the 350 that those are designed for)

and the forks flipped around is nice touch as well .............   i like it  :D

I just spent an hour "google earth wandering" around the Mission district of San Francisco, which is where I gathered the bike is near.
The shots we get on GE are from May 2011 so the "organic bling" would be much smaller.  :)
So far no luck, but I'll keep looking 'cos it's a really nice town and it reminds me of home - Melbourne.
